Jak wiemy w języku angielskim duży nacisk kładziony jest na kulturę wypowiedzi. Mając to na uwadze, należy pamiętać, że gdy chcemy nie zgodzić się z naszym rozmówcą nie powinniśmy robić tego zbyt bezpośrednio, aby nie zabrzmieć zbyt agresywnie (nie dotyczy to oczywiście rozmów z przyjaciółmi i bliskimi znajomymi, gdzie w zasadzie wszystkie chwyty są dozwolone :))
