to be worth doing something – być wartym czegoś, np. It’s worth studying English as it will help you communicate while travelling. 

can’t stand doing something -  nie móc czegoś znieść, np. She can’t stand tidying up.

you (he etc.) had better – lepiej, żebyś ty (on itd.) …, np. You had better consult your doctor.

make sb do sth – skłonić/zmusić kogoś do zrobienia czegoś, np. She made him take that job. (Uwaga: w stronie biernej)

   to look forward to doing sth – nie móc się czegoś doczekać, np. I’m looking forward to going on holiday.

to be keen on doing sth = to be fond of doing sth – bardzo coś lubić, np. She’s keen on playing tennis.

it’s no use doing sth = it’s no good doing sth – nie ma sensu czegoś robić, np. It’s no good arguing with him.

to feel like doing sth – mieć na coś ochotę, np. I don’t feel like going to the cinema tonight.
