Whilst joining in by-pass traffic (after stopping, second car before roundabout, 1st gear, speed max 2-3 mph) incidentally I’ve hit a car on front of me. I did look my right hand side and I was pretty sure that car which was on front of me is gone so I’ve start moving. Unfortunately I didn’t make double check and car was still there.
Agreement:
We decide to sort it without insurance company, because damages were very small. Victim agreed accept sum of ………………………………………...(total repair cost), and will not advance a claim in the future. Victim do not suffer any health problems due to incident ( back pain, neck pain, headache, etc.)
