My job

I am a front office manager. I work for a multinational chain of five-star hotels. I manage a team of four people and I am in charge of supervising the Front Office operation. My duties also include controlling and analysing departmental costs on an ongoing basis. It is a full-time job. I work in shifts so I am on the day shift one week and the night shift the next week.
