Dr. Richards: Good morning, what's the matter?
Tom: Morning doctor, I've been feeling ill since a party three days ago. My stomach's still upset, and I feel really dizzy. I also have diarrhea.
Dr. Richards: OK, any other symptoms?
Tom: I think, I've got a bit of a temperature.
Dr. Richards: Well, I believe, it isn't anything serious, probably just food poisoning... Did you vomit?
Tom: Yes, quite a lot.
Dr. Richards: Are you taking any medicine at the moment?
Tom: Yes, I am taking some pain killer, Ibuprofen, I think.
Dr. Richards: I´ll give you a prescription for indigestion tablets and will see you next week, ok?
Tom: OK, and thank you very much.
