PRESENT SIMPLE – czas używany, gdy opisujemy czynności zwyczajowe, powtarzające się regularnie lub trwające stale w naszym życiu.

Słuchaj dialogu.

  • Mary, tell me about your typical day…
  • Well. I usually get up at 7…
  • Do you like getting up early in the morning?
  • No, I don’t. I hate it. Then I go to the bathroom and have a shower.
  • Yes. What then?
  • Then I get dressed and have breakfast with my parents.
  • Does your mother work?
  • Yes, she does.
  • What does she do?
  • She is a nurse. She has a part-time job in the hospital.
  • What time do you go to school?
  • I usually leave at about 7.40.
  • How do you get to school?
  • My father drives me to school every day.
  • What do you do after school?
  • I do my homework after lunch and sometimes I help Mum with the shopping or something.
  • Do you meet your friends in the evenings?
  • We don’t meet every day but we always chat on the computer.

ZDANIA TWIERDZĄCE w czasie Present Simple tworzymy używając czasownika w formie podstawowej, np. “I get dressed and have breakfast.” W zdaniach w 3 osobie liczby pojedynczej do czasownika dodajemy końcówkę “–s” lub “–es”, np. “He works in the centre.”

liczby pojedynczej wstawiamy “doesn't”, np. “She doesn’t work in the afternoon.”

PYTANIA ogólne w czasie Present Simple tłumaczone w języku polskim „czy...?” tworzymy
zaczynając zdanie od słowa: “do”, a w 3 osobie liczby pojedynczej od “does”, np.
“Does she work in the centre?” Na tak postawione pytanie najczęściej udzielamy krótkiej odpowiedzi.
Jeżeli chcemy uzyskać szczegółową informację, pytanie zaczynamy od zaimka pytającego, np. “Where does he work?”

u mnie okienko z menu zachodzi na część tekstu,czasem to trochę komplikuje czytanie,zwłaszcza jak brakuje mi akurat słówka ,którego nie znam.Można coś z tym zrobić?

Nadal nie moge odsluchac tekstu.Przed zmiana wygladu strony wszystko bylo ok.Czy pozostali uzytkownicy tez maja ten sam problem?

Korzystam z przeglądarki Mozilla i jak dotąd okno z tekstem jest kompletne, znaczy czytelne i z odsłuchem nie mam żadnych problemów. Mogę zatrzymywać "lektora" w dowolnym momencie, by powtarzać za nim melodię tekstu. Dziękuję właścicielom portalu za informacyjnego maila o kursie:)

dla takiego amatora jak ja , to jest dobre... chyba...

Wszystko OK, prócz odczytywanych dialogów. Szczególnie lektorka mówi tak szybko, jakby była spóźniona na pociąg. Uważam, że dla początkujących wymowa powinna być dokładna i w miarę wolna. Niestety mnie jest nawet trudno śledzić dialog pisany w czasie jego emisji przez lektorkę.
Fajnie by było zainstalować w tym programie potencjometr szybkości odtwarzanego głosu lektorów.
