Dear Miss XYZ.
My names is MNO im come from Poland. I belong to the Polish foundation which is called “Na Ratunek”. This foundation supports children with cancer. You probably wonders what we do in this foundation. We Care of children in different ways, for example spend time with them, or organize various cash collection. everything also depends on how long a volunteer with us, because we know that you can not let a volunteer who is has just a month to these children, because the training is needed in this area. it is all about a foundations. I wrote to Miss with asking , could you come too Poland and visit our charge. I know it might be a problem, but dear Miss XYZ think about these children and the joy that they made to you. I realize that you are very busy person, and finding the free time you can be a problem, but please consider my request. I add that does not depend for as the publicity in media or press they know about you, everything would happen in our center without reporters or cameras. We care for anonymity because they were delivered the wrong order on our charges.
