My visit in your town lately
Hallo!;) How are you? Are you going the begginning haliday for another workcamp? I have set out my facebook account recently and I quickly begun to appreciate the pluses like, behind others, the fact, that you can have there friends from abroad also, unlike Grono, which is only polish. Opposite to my predictions I happened to appear in Rome again. I reminded myself too late to have a meeting with you there, if you would have liked to, because I had no possibilities to contact youthat time despite the fact that we were so close(...)It was to take part in Beatification of Pope Pole ceremonies. I wonder how you consider such events in your city-Traffic Jams, congested means of public taransport etc. or do you like having such variety of nationalities all together behind you. Luckily we had also supplementary time to sightsee that hole archtecture, that for you is probably a thing, that you are used to. But in Warsaw the old town is so small and almost all are reconstructions. Unlike Rome, where the old town is like-every where. When we where going from ottaviano subway station and we saw we saw palms at the squere I am saying 'Mum, see there are palms', my mum responds:"No honey, these are artificial", and I-"Mum, believe me they do are genuine ones". We where spending whole day outside the hotel, no wasting time to see something, what you are seeing everyday on you way to school probably. We ate only pizza and pasta and saw that know where else it is possible to do it with those taste even though people are trying abroad. Those are my observations and feelings about that journey(31 hours it took at the way from Warsaw to Rome with breaks, but anyway it was worth that)
And you- have you already finished the year of study, like me? I do and apart from workcamp that time I will takepart in World Youth Days, which are taking place in Madrid that time. And do you have any plans following haliday? Sorry for the lenght but it is haw I write so I am ending right now, until it becomes a book.
