Reklamacja


Kupiłeś nowy aparat w sklepie. Niestety sprzęt nie działa. Napisz list do menadżera sklepu:

  • podaj, kiedy kupiłeś aparat i co w nim nie działa
  • wyraź niezadowolenie z powodu długiego terminu realizacji zamówienia i kłopotów ze skontaktowaniem się z firmą
  • zażądaj zamiany sprzętu albo zwrotu pieniędzy
  • zapytaj, kiedy możesz spodziewać się odpowiedzi i ostrzeż, że w razie zwłoki skontaktujesz się z prawnikiem.

Dear Sir or Madame

I am writing to complain about the camera I bought in your shop. Unfortunately It worked only for a few days and then something broke down.

I bought it five days ago because I wanted to take some photos on my sister’s wedding. I had checked everything before I went there. It was all right. I took some photos in the church and during the reception but when I wanted to use this camera in the evening the flash did not turn on. I changed the batteries but nothing happened.

I was very disappointed and annoyed because your employee had assured me that it was a high quality equipment. What is more, I had to wait for it for about a week and non of your employees contacted me to give some information concerning the order. They did not answer my emails and phone calls.

As a consequence I want a full refund or a new camera at once. I would like to know when you will be able to come to your decision. If again you will not answer my calls or emails I will contact my lawyer.
